Our white Côtes du Rhône Erato is one of our new cuvées from the 2020 harvest. Like our red Erato vinified since 2013, our white cuvée has no added sulphites. Pretty golden yellow color with golden reflections. The color is brilliant. From the outset, notes of yellow-fleshed fruits set the tone: apricot, peach share the first nose.,Allowed to breathe, something smoother, almost sweet, takes over; which continues with the appetizer where freshness and aromatic presence contribute to harmony.,Nice balance between acidity and sweetness.
