Bottega Vermouth Rosso 75cl
Although Vermouth is not originally Italian, it was perfected by the Italians in the 18th century. Because of this, it is still known today as a traditional Italian aperitif. The base is a mitered wine, flavored with herbs and roots. The base wine here is made from Pinot Gris, fortified with grain alcohol and an infusion of 30 herbs, flowers & carrots. Complex, elegant and perfect as an aperitif with only ice cream.
