A new way of creating Vermentino, which in Sicily results in a wine with a fresh, mineral and extremely sapid flavour, as well as being versatile with food pairings.,Larcéra is the name of the wine that is inspired by one of the cultivation areas of this variety, specifically by a district that is part of the municipality of Santa Margherita di Belice.,The wine has a straw-yellow colour, with an aroma that has a highly expressive olfactory profile: notes of wildflowers, straw, tomato leaf, perfectly integrated with the more typical hints of fruit and flowers. To the palate it is fresh, tight with a great acidity and at the same time captivating thanks to a certain level of softness. A good finish, clean and persistent.
