I Mattaioni Gaga Toscana Bianco IGT 75cl
This is a drinkable and pleasant wine where the fruit, acidity and tannins, resulting from a short skin maceration, are well-balanced and recall the drink. Matteo and Stefan honour the Tuscan tradition of producing macerated Trebbiano with this wine. This practice has been a long-standing tradition in the region, and this wine is a tribute to the way our grandfathers would have made it.
