Molino Sofia Langhe Chardonnay DOC 75cl
This is a distinct, fruity chardonnay with a present but balanced woody touch. Straw yellow to golden yellow due to its maturation in the barrel. The nose is elegant and intense, characterized by exotic fruits, pineapple and peach. Refined finish with a soft touch of vanilla. The taste is very full with a slight hint of tobacco. The finish remains fresh due to a pleasant acidity and a salty minerality. It is a rich wine with a fantastic body. A worthy opponent for the well,,famous BurgundiesGastronomy: Rich fish dishes, white poultry or even veal or pork. Also think of a salmon or beef tartare.
