The new super wine of I Mattaioni was born from a singular discovery: We found three rows of Sangiovese around the vineyards that seemed strange to us, we analyzed them and discovered that they were from Teroldego. We immediately saw the opportunity to think of a more drained red, taking inspiration from the Beaujolais we love so much, hence the name "Nimmezzo" or a drink that had the structure of a red and the freshness of a rosé.,Nimmezzo is a concentrate of enjoyment, incredible fruit and very fast drink. An atypical and juicy Tuscan!
